อ่าน = to read
ข้อระเบียบ = rule; regulation; item of regulations
ข้อ = item; point; clause; matter
ระเบียบ = order; discipline; rules; regulations
Note: ข้อระเบียบ refers to a rule/regulation item, while ระเบียบ alone means rules, order, or discipline in general
